Spa Reservations
To ensure you receive your ideal treatment date and time, we recommend booking in advance and scheduling your next appointment prior to leaving the spa.
Arriving at the spa
We ask that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. Arriving late will possible interfere with your treatment time so therefore, the treatment may not be as effective or therapeutic for you. All appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide 24hrs notice when canceling any treatments.
Medical Conditions
If you have any type of medical condition, be sure to mention it when you book an appointment. Certain treatments may not be advisable for you. Also, before your treatment begins, let your aesthetician know of any medical concerns.
